部门测试与大学先修课程的不同之处在于，考试由部门单独管理和授予学分, and not through national institutions such as CLEP, 行为, 等. 因此, 学生应与院系联系，了解哪些课程可以进行测试和考试日期.
政策:希望通过考试的学生不应该报名参加该课程. 学生必须在威尼斯人在线注册，并在考试管理期间获得学分.
主席或院长将决定哪些课程可供测试，并将根据部门政策安排测试过程.
Where a test-out will result in schedule changes, 整个测试过程应在100%退款期结束前完成.
考试成绩不能取代“D”或“F”成绩. Test-out may be repeated twice in eligible classes, 须经部门批准，但测试之间必须间隔6个月. 分数由“A”、“B”、“C”或“D”四个字母组成.
